BUY THESE INSTEAD

These boots are absolutely amazing. Before buying them I read lots of reviews on the Hunter Original Tall boots and discovered that while they are adored, they are super heavy! I travel and work at a summer camp so I need some heavy duty rain boots that can travel with me. If that sounds somewhat like you, then these are the boots for you!
The are (like they say on Hunter's website) completely fold-able (even the sole!) so as to fit them in small spaces. Inside the lining is nice and warm but it doesn't over heat your feet. The sole is very comfortable, I could walk around in these all day long! Overall the boots are perfect for a traveler or someone who simply doesn't want to walk around in heavy rain boots all the time!
One thing I was worried about was the finish on the outside. I wanted the original tall with the gloss finish on the outside so I was bummed when these were more matte online. After receiving them however I am overjoyed with how they look, the black is nice and cleans very easily! I love wearing these casually too, even when it's not raining.
